Shipping Policy

 

The estimated delivery cost given to you in the checkout process is from an estimated parcel weight and does not take into account the volumetric limitations of the despatch methods available. Also some combination of parts ( i.e. heavy with fragile) may require shipping in two separate packages to avoid parts being damaged in transit. Because of this Minispares reserve the right to contact you with a more accurate quote for delivery once the items have been packed.

If some of the items that you have purchased are out of stock or unavailable at time of purchase then TC Motorsport will email you a notification of what parts are unavailable & ask whether you would like to part ship the parts available now or wait for your entire order to become available. If you do not respond to our part shipment request within 5 days then we will automatically part ship to you the parts that are available now and further shipping costs will arise to ship the additional parts when they are in stock. Any delay in responding to this email could result in your goods being delayed before dispatch.

When selecting postal as your delivery method please be aware that in the unlikely event that you parcel is lost you will have to wait up to a 6 week wait before the post office will consider the parcel undelivered / lost.

Delivery address accuracy is the responsibility of the customer.  You must enter the correct address for delivery if you expect it to arrive at the appropriate destination.  If your order has not been delivered and you require TC Motorsport to dispatch the goods again before this time then you will need to order and pay for the goods again. When the postal service confirm the parcel is lost then TC Motorsport will issue a refund for the undelivered goods.  TC Motorsport cannot be held accountable for inaccurate address information for shipping.  TC Motorsport can not dispatch a free replacement until this time has elapsed. 

Shipping Insurance

You are encouraged to purchase Shipping Insurance which is set at 4.5% of the total for the items purchased.

 

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
